WHO IS NEXTJEN?
NextJen is the next JENeration of helping people reach their goals. You see, over the last 14 years in the health and wellness space I’ve been repeating the same statement over and over:
“THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY.”
First as a trainer and CrossFit coach, then a nutrition coach and even as a holistic health coach my tools of exercise protocols, nutrition plans, recovery strategies, and supplements only got my clients so far.
Many would see initial success. Then commitments would waiver, motivation lost, and old habits would inevitably return. The problem was not the plan. The problem was being able to STICK to the plan.
The perfect plan that’s not being executed is NOT a ‘’perfect plan’’.
So I studied human behavior, habit change and mindset for years until I found the ultimate solution. It’s a combination of belief, the stories we hold true, and our language that keeps us stuck.. the words we use every day to ourself, about ourself.
I tested this new coaching style on the most challenging client first… ME! I had been STUCK for over 10 years with crippling health issues, weight loss resistance, and depression. All despite my “healthy lifestyle”. The results blew my mind so I started coaching clients the same way.
The level of transformation my clients see is unlike any result I’ve helped them achieve in the past. In a true transformation, you never go back. There is no ‘self sabotage’. You don’t – gain the weight back. You never have to “try again”… because you are a different person.
I have never been more passionate about the work that I do. Today, I help my clients get UNstuck… with their bodies and in life in general. I help them find the courage and confidence they need to live life on their terms. Thrive, not just survive. To be HEALTHY and HAPPY.

WORK WITH ME!
There are 2 options to work directly with me.
1. GROUP PROGRAMS: where I help frustrated and overwhelmed women who have tried everything to change their body, yet keep finding themselves in the same place, FINALLY make a TRUE TRANSFORMATION. My program is based on 3 pillars: MINDSET. MOVEMENT. MAKEUP. If you want to be happy, change your body, overcome fear, eat better foods, feel fulfilled in life.. then you need a balance of all of these.
2. ENLIFTED COACHING SESSIONS (1 on 1): sold in packages of 6, these coaching sessions utilize simple tools of language and the breath to move on from the stories that have been keeping you stuck in all areas of your life. Learn more about the Enlifted Method here.
